Laser marker FYBRA II 21-31-52W

FYBRA^II   is the second generation (Generation II) of the Automator top selling active fiber laser for marking in industrial environments. FYBRA^II  generates a high power laser beam from the source to the head via a flexible fiber cable. The innovative main block and the head are designed and optimized to work in a heavy duty work environment, where vibrations, disturbance and dust are very common. FYBRA^II is an extremely comfortable modular system: the main box sets the source and the board with the electronic parts in two different separated areas. The galvanometers are sets, with the lenses in the head block.

The laser fiber allow a considerable increase of the power, without compromising the size of the laser spot. This pledges a better marking result at higher powers and a better efficiency of the system.

A mechanical shutter operates together with the electronic one, for a dual security system!

Like all Automator second generation marking lasers (Gen II),  FYBRA^II provides a double shutter security system: a mechanical shutter, together with an electronic one, set with the Automator Safety Pack and a Safety Class 1 laser enclosure, allows the laser head to reach a  SIL3 – PLE safety grade, the maximum security level in the laser marking fields. With Automator Safety Pack, the operator can work in total security with no risks.

Safety first!
International laws require that the laser is equipped with a mechanical locking device (shutter) for shutting the laser beam in case when the access to the marking area by an operator is needed.
